Pudding is simply a dessert, served along with main meals as savoury or as a sweet. Its consistency is not too thick or liquid like, but mostly gel or soft, melting into mouth. Pudding is prepared in many ways, adding milk or fruit pulps of choices. Corn flour, gelatine and sugar are mostly used in puddings, and very often double boiling method to heat a few of the contents, to avoid burning. Sometimes, steam cooking is also done. Baked and bread or batter based puddings are also made. If eggs are added, it’s also called custard and jelly, if gelatin-based. Through this page, I shall add links to a few pudding recipes.
