Choco-Nut Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Choco-Nut Pudding:

  1. Maida – 1.5 cups
    Cocoa powder – ¼ powder
    Baking powder and soda powder – 1 small spoon each
    Sugar – 1 cup
    Oil – 1/3 cup
    Malt vinegar – 2 big spoons
    Water – 1 cup
    Salt – A pinch

For topping:

  1. Brown sugar – 10 big spoons
    Amul butter – 100 gm, made soft
    Cashews broken – ½ cup
    Milk – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Choco-Nut Pudding?

  1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 using your hands.
  2. Transfer the contents to a greased baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. To prepare the topping, mix the ingredients.
  5. Spread on the top of the cake as a layer.
  6. Place the cake back in the oven and bake till it turns a light brown colour.
  7. Once your cake cools off, refrigerate it.
  8. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
