
Ingredients for Choco-Nut Pudding:
- Maida – 1.5 cups
Cocoa powder – ¼ powder
Baking powder and soda powder – 1 small spoon each
Sugar – 1 cup
Oil – 1/3 cup
Malt vinegar – 2 big spoons
Water – 1 cup
Salt – A pinch
For topping:
- Brown sugar – 10 big spoons
Amul butter – 100 gm, made soft
Cashews broken – ½ cup
Milk – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Choco-Nut Pudding?
- Mix together ingredients no: 1 using your hands.
- Transfer the contents to a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- To prepare the topping, mix the ingredients.
- Spread on the top of the cake as a layer.
- Place the cake back in the oven and bake till it turns a light brown colour.
- Once your cake cools off, refrigerate it.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
