Finger Chips recipe

 

Ingredients for Finger Chips:

1. Potatoes – Three, large

2. Oil – As required

3. Chilli Powder – Half a small spoon
     Salt – To taste
     Chaat Masala – Quarter of a small spoon

How to prepare Finger Chips?

  1. Cut the potatoes into finger-shaped strips.
  2. Soak them in cold water, and keep them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Drain the water and pat the potato strips dry thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the potato strips until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Mix the chilli powder, salt, and chaat masala with the fried chips and toss well.
  6. Serve hot.
