Ingredients for Finger Chips:
1. Potatoes – Three, large
2. Oil – As required
3. Chilli Powder – Half a small spoon
Salt – To taste
Chaat Masala – Quarter of a small spoon
How to prepare Finger Chips?
- Cut the potatoes into finger-shaped strips.
- Soak them in cold water, and keep them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Drain the water and pat the potato strips dry thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the potato strips until golden brown and crisp.
- Mix the chilli powder, salt, and chaat masala with the fried chips and toss well.
- Serve hot.
