Ingredients for Finger Chips:
1. Potatoes – 3 Large
2. Oil – For Deep Frying
3. Chilli Powder – ½ Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Chaat Masala – ¼ Tsp
How to prepare Finger Chips?
1. Cut the potatoes into long strips. Soak them in cold water and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the water and pat the potato strips dry using a kitchen towel.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the potato strips until golden brown and crisp.
4. Mix together chilli powder, salt, and chaat masala. Sprinkle over the fried chips and toss well.
5. Serve immediately.
