
Ingredients for Curd Kabab:
1. Thick curd – 500 gm
2. Ginger, green chillies, cilantro chopped – 5 gm each
Cardamom powder – 5 gm
Cheese grated – 100 gm
3. Dates chopped – 20 gm
4. Oil, salt – As required
How to prepare Curd Kabab?
1. Wrap the curd in a thin cloth and hang it somewhere. It’s done to remove moisture completely.
2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it, and make small balls.
3. Place dates inside each ball and spread using palms.
4. Heat a non-stick pan, pour a little oil, and place these kababs in it.
5. Keep frying till both sides are fried well.
