Ingredients for Broccoli – Honey Payasam:

1. Broccoli – 1 cup

2. Honey – ½ cup

3. Milk -1/2 litre

4. Fried cashew pieces – 10 in number

How to prepare Broccoli – Honey Payasam?

1. Cook broccoli in half a litre of milk.

2. Add half a litre of honey to it and cook on a low flame till the contents thicken.

3. Turn the flame off and add fried cashews.
