Fish Pakoda

Ingredients for Fish Pakoda:

1. Fish – 300 gm, after removing spines

2. Maida – 1 big spoon

    Gram flour – 1 big spoon

    Corn flour – 1 big spoon

    Baking powder – ¼ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Cumin powder – 1/4 small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1/4 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 spoon (half spoon each)

    Green chillies chopped fine – 1/2 small spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped – 2 big spoons

    Spring onion – 1 stem, chopped fine

3. Oil – For frying

4. Chaat masala – A little

How to prepare Fish Pakoda?

1. Clean fish and cut into small pieces.

2. Transfer fish pieces to a big bowl.

3. Add ingredients no: 2 and mix the contents well.

4. Make small balls and deep fry in medium flame.

5. Your pakodas should turn golden brown.

6. Spread pakodas in kitchen tissue.

7. Sprinkle a little chaat masala and serve.
