Pazham Nirachath recipe

Ingredients for Pazham Nirachath (Banana Filled/Banana Roast):

1. Kerala banana (Ethapazham) – 1

2. Coconut grated – ½ cup

3. Jaggery – ½ cup

4. Cardamom, powdered – 2

5. Maida – 1 cup

    Sugar – ½ cup

    Water – As needed

6. Oil for frying

How to prepare Pazham Nirachath (Banana Filled/Banana Roast)?

1. Remove the skin of the banana, make a slit on one side, and remove the black seed portion.

2. Melt jaggery and add coconut and cardamom.

3. Sauté the contents well.

4. When it cooks well, use it as filling for the banana.

5. Prepare batter using ingredients no: 5.

6. Heat oil in a pan.

7. Dip the banana in this batter & deep fry in hot oil. Banana should turn golden brown.

8. Cut into two halves and serve.
