Mousse Pudding

Ingredients for Mousse Pudding:

1. China grass – 10 gm

2. Condensed milk – 1 tin

    Milk – 2 tins

    Sugar – 5 big spoons

3. Seasonal fruits of your choice such as apple, orange, kiwi, peach, pears etc – 1.5 – 2 cups

4. Honey – 2 big spoons

    Lemon juice – 2 big spoons

    Mint leaf crushed – a little

    Cinnamon powder – A pinch

How to prepare Mousse Pudding?

1. Cut china grass into small pieces and add water so that they are fully immersed.

2. Allow it to soak for an hour, and then melt it placing in flame.

3. Mix together ingredients no: 2 and heat it in flame. Keep stirring.

4. When it heats, add melted china grass through a strainer and keep stirring.

5. When the contents turn thick, put off the flame and allow it to set.

6. Mix fruits and ingredients no: 4 in a bowl and place in refrigerator to chill.

7. Just before you serve, remove the mint leaf.

8. Pour this fruit mixture on the set pudding and serve.

Note: You can also substitute fresh fruits with dry fruits such as dates, apricot, fig, walnut, prunes etc. But cook these dry fruits in a little water before use.
