Ingredients for Minced Fish Roasted ((Minced Meen Chuttath):
1. Fish – ¼ kg
2. Onions chopped fine – ¼ cup
Ginger – Half-inch piece finely chopped
Curry leaves – 1 stalk
Salt – As required
3. Coconut grated – 1 cup
Green chillies -3
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
Salt – As required
4. Banana leaf pieces – As required
How to prepare Minced Fish Roasted (Minced Meen Chuttath)?
1. Make a fine paste of fish and mix it with ingredients no: 2.
2. Make coconut chutney using ingredients no: 3.
3. Now mix the fish mixture with the chutney.
4. Apply a little oil on your palm, and spread this mixture uniformly like small dosas on the banana leaf pieces.
5. Place them along with the banana leaf on a hot tawa and fry well.
6. Press well using a spatula to cook them well.
