Coconut Panroll (Thenga Ada)

Ingredients for Coconut Panroll (Thenga Ada):

1. Maida – 150 gm

    Rice flour – 100 gm

    Coconut milk – 100 milli

    Water – 150 milli

    Rose water – 5 milli

2. Ghee – 4 small spoons

3. Cashews broken – 2 small spoons

    Raisins – 2 small spoon

4. Coconut scrapped – 150 gm

5. Sugar – 4 big spoons

    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Coconut Panroll (Thenga Ada)?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 to prepare batter without lumps.

2. Heat ghee and fry cashews and raisins.

3. Add scrapped coconut and fry for 1 more minute.

4. Put off the flame and add sugar and cardamom powder.

5. Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a big spoon of batter.

6. Spread the batter to get a very thin pancake.

7. Place a little filling on one side of pancake and wrap it.

8. You can cut the pan roll into two halves and serve hot.
