Tossed Salad with Peanuts recipe

Ingredients for Tossed Salad with Peanuts:

  1. Onions chopped – 2 cups
    Capsicum (red and green) – chopped – ½ cup
    Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
    Chicken cooked and chopped – 1 cup
    Green chillies chopped fine – 1 big spoon
  2. Lemon juice – From 4 lemons
    Salt, sugar and olive oil – For cooking
  3. Groundnut – As needed

How to prepare Tossed Salad with Peanuts?

  1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and refrigerate them for 4 hours.
  2. Mix together ingredients no: 2.
  3. Just before you serve, add mixed ingredients no: 2 to the refrigerated contents.
  4. Add groundnuts and serve chilled.
