
Ingredients for Tossed Salad with Peanuts:
- Onions chopped – 2 cups
Capsicum (red and green) – chopped – ½ cup
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Chicken cooked and chopped – 1 cup
Green chillies chopped fine – 1 big spoon - Lemon juice – From 4 lemons
Salt, sugar and olive oil – For cooking - Groundnut – As needed
How to prepare Tossed Salad with Peanuts?
- Mix together ingredients no: 1 and refrigerate them for 4 hours.
- Mix together ingredients no: 2.
- Just before you serve, add mixed ingredients no: 2 to the refrigerated contents.
- Add groundnuts and serve chilled.
