
Ingredients for Beet Root Salad:
- Beetroot – 1
- Onions – 1, finely chopped
- Green chillies – 1, finely chopped
- Salt – For taste
- Vegetable oil – 2 big spoons
- Vinegar/lemon juice – As needed
- Sugar – A little
How to prepare Beet Root Salad?
- Remove the skin of the beetroot and cut it into small pieces.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the beetroot pieces.
- Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve chilled.
