
Ingredients for Beetroot – Green Apple Salad:
- Beetroot – 2 large, grated
- Green Apple – 1, grated
- Carrot – 1, grated
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Parsley – 4 tbsp, finely chopped
- Black Pepper Powder & Salt – to taste
- Walnuts – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
How to prepare Beetroot – Green Apple Salad?
- In a large bowl, combine the grated beetroot, green apple, and carrot.
- Add chopped parsley, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Drizzle in lemon juice and olive oil, then mix well.
- Finally, sprinkle chopped walnuts for extra crunch.
- You can refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
