Healthy Chicken 65 recipe

Ingredients for Healthy Chicken 65:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  3. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  4. Lemon juice – 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  6. Fennel seeds powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt – 1 tsp
  8. Egg – 1
  9. Curry leaves – as needed
  10. Green chillies – 2
  11. Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  12. Coconut oil – as needed

Method of Preparation of Chicken 65:

  1. Add ingredients 2-10 to the chicken pieces and mix well. Keep it for at least half an hour.
  2. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces.
  3. When it’s almost done, add curry leaves and green chillies.
  4. Using a spatula, fry it well and drain it from the hot oil.
  5. Serve hot.
