Mutton Coconut Fry recipe

Ingredients for Mutton Coconut Fry:

  1. Mutton – 1 kg
  2. Coconut oil – 100 milli
  3. Coconut sliced into small thin pieces- 1/2
  4. Ginger paste – 2 tablespoons
  5. Garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
  6. Chillies – 5
  7. Curry leaves – 2 stems
  8. Onion – 2 bulbs
  9. Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
  10. Coriander powder – 2 tablespoons
  11. Chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
  12. Meat masala – 1 tablespoon
  13. Garam masala powder – 1 tablespoon
  14. Fennel seeds powder – 1 tablespoon
  15. Salt – as needed

Method of preparation of Mutton Coconut Fry:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute items 3 to 8.
  2. Add items 9-15 along with mutton and cook well.
  3. When it’s almost done, add a little oil and make it a little dry.
  4. Serve hot.
