Healthy Chicken Lollipop recipe

Ingredients for Healthy Chicken Lollipop:

  1. Chicken wings – 10
  2. Tomato sauce – 50gm
  3. Oil – 2 tablespoons
  4. Ginger – 10 gm
  5. Garlic- 10 gm
  6. Green chillies – 1
  7. Red chilli chopped – 1
  8. Spring onion – 20gm
  9. Salt – as needed
  10. Pepper – 1 tsp

For gravy:

  1. Maida – 50gm
  2. Corn flour – 50 gm
  3. Salt – as needed
  4. Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon
  5. Egg – 1

Method of preparation of Healthy Chicken Lollipop:

  1. Mix ingredients 2-5 and make a paste by adding water.
  2. Marinate chicken wings, and fry in hot oil.
  3. Drain them from hot oil and place them on tissue paper.
  4. In the remaining oil, saute ingredients 3-7.
  5. Add tomato sauce, pepper and salt and mix the contents well.
  6. Add chopped spring onions and fried chicken pieces, and turn the flame off.
  7. Mix the contents well and serve hot.
