Meat Loaf recipe

Ingredients for Meat Loaf:

  1. Minced meat – 900 grams
  2. Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
    Onions chopped fine – 1 cup
    Bread crumbs – 1 cup
    Milk – 1/3 cup
    Eggs – 2, big
    Tomato ketchup – Three big spoons
    Worcestershire sauce – Two big spoons
    Salt – 1 small spoon
    Basil leaves chopped – 1 small spoon
    Oregano – 1 small spoon
    Pepper powder – 1/4 small spoon
    Chilli powder – 1/2 small spoon
    Parsley – 2 big spoons 
  3. Tomato ketchup – 3/4 cup
    Apple cider vinegar – 2 small spoons
    Brown sugar – 2 big spoons
    Garlic chopped – 1 big spoon
    Onion chopped – 1 big spoon
    Salt – 1/2 small spoon
    Pepper powder – 1/4 small spoon

How to prepare Meat Loaf?

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  2.  Clean the minced meat thoroughly and transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Add ingredients no: 2 to it, mix well, and keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.
  4. Take a loaf pan and grease it first. Put a butter paper.
  5. Add the marinated minced meat to the loaf pan and bake it for 45 minutes.
  6. At the same time, blend ingredients 3 in a mixer to get a smooth paste. This is the glaze. 
  7. After baking the loaf for 45 minutes, take it out of the oven and spread the glaze on its top as a layer using a spoon.
  8. Place it back in the oven, increase the temperature to 200 degrees, and cook it for 15 minutes more.
  9. Take the meat loaf from the oven once done, and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Slice it into pieces and serve with boiled vegetables of your choice.
