Healthy Chilli Chicken recipe

 

 Ingredients for Healthy Chilli Chicken:

  1. Chicken pieces – 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger – 10 gm
  3. Garlic – 10 gm
  4. Chillies – 2
  5. Onion chopped – 2
  6. Capsicum – 4
  7. Celery – As needed
  8. Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
  9. Chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
  10. Salt – as needed
  11. Pepper – 1 tablespoon
  12. Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  13. Oil – 1 tablespoon
  14. Corn flour – As required
  15. Coriander leaves – A handful

Method of preparation of Healthy Chilli Chicken:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients 2-7. Mix the contents well.
  2. Add contents 8-12 and stir well.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook well.
  4. When it’s well-cooked, add some corn flour (mixed with water).
  5. Keep stirring until the curry becomes thick.
  6. Decorate with coriander leaves.
