Ingredients for Mango Orange Delight:
- Mango – 4
- Orange – 2
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 200 gm
- Gelatin – 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence – 2 drops
- Tea cake – 4 pieces
Method of preparation of Mango Orange Delight:
- Cut the mango into pieces.
- Mix gelatin with 3 tsp lukewarm water
- Mix sugar, gelatin solution, and lemon juice very well.
- Add fresh cream and essence to the mango pieces. Mix well and place it in the freezer.
- When it’s half set, take it out and mix once again. Place it again in the freezer.
- Make orange juice by mixing enough sugar.
- When the mango mixture is fully set, take it out and serve it in a pudding dish. Place the cake also in the same dish.
- Add juice on top and serve.
