Macaroni Green Salad recipe

Ingredients for Macaroni Green Salad:

  1. Macroni – 200 gm
  2. Green peas soaked – 50 gm
  3. Carrot – 50 gm
  4. Tomato – 100 gm 
  5. Onion – 100 gm
  6. Salad cucumber – 100 gm 
  7. Lemon – 2
  8. Amchur – 1 small spoon
  9. Cumin powder – 3 teaspoons
  10. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaf – 2 handfuls 
  13. Salt – As needed 

Method of preparation of Macaroni Green Salad:

  1. Heat 5 cups of water.
  2. Cook macaroni, adding salt and a small spoonful of oil.
  3. When it’s cooked, drain the water, sprinkle cold water and keep it aside.
  4. Boil green peas.
  5. Chop the vegetables and coriander leaves.
  6. Take a bowl and add chopped vegetables to it. Add green peas and chopped onions as well.
  7. Add masala powders and salt. Mix contents well.
  8. Add cooked macaroni and lemon juice to it.
  9. Serve after decorating with coriander leaves.
