3-in-1 Snack

Ingredients for 3-in-1 Snack:

  1. Spinach – 50 gm
  2. Liver cooked and minced – 10 gm
  3. Potato boiled and smashed – 20 gm
  4. Salt – For taste
  5. Garam masala powder – A pinch
  6. Oil – For cooking

How to prepare 3-in-1 Snack?

  1. Wash spinach and chop into tiny pieces.
  2. Mix it with the remaining ingredients till 5 and make small balls.
  3. Gently press once to prepare cutlet shapes.
  4. Heat a tawa and grease it with a little oil.
  5. Cook the cutlets on a low flame.
  6. Flip both sides, and add extra oil if needed.
