
Ingredients for 3-in-1 Snack:
- Spinach – 50 gm
- Liver cooked and minced – 10 gm
- Potato boiled and smashed – 20 gm
- Salt – For taste
- Garam masala powder – A pinch
- Oil – For cooking
How to prepare 3-in-1 Snack?
- Wash spinach and chop into tiny pieces.
- Mix it with the remaining ingredients till 5 and make small balls.
- Gently press once to prepare cutlet shapes.
- Heat a tawa and grease it with a little oil.
- Cook the cutlets on a low flame.
- Flip both sides, and add extra oil if needed.
