Healthy Vegetable Roll recipe

Ingredients for Healthy Vegetable Roll:

1. Wheat flour – 250 gm

2. Rice bran oil – 1 small spoon

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon

3. Onions chopped – ¼ cup

4. Green chillies chopped – 1 small spoon

    Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1/2 small spoon

5. White chickpeas cooked – ¼ cup

    Carrot, potato and cauliflower – ¼ cup each, steamed

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare a Healthy Vegetable Roll?

1. Knead the dough, adding sufficient water and salt to the wheat flour and make chapatis.

2. In a non-stick pan, add oil and sauté ginger-garlic paste.

3. Add onions and sauté again.

4. When it’s done, add ingredients no: 4 and sauté again.

5. Add the cooked vegetables and mix well

6. Add extra salt if needed.

7. Place a little filling inside each chapati, roll it and fold the ends.
