Soups

Soup is a fluid type food, generally categorized under healthy dishes. It’s often served as a starter or as a good food for cold weather or cold symptoms, as it’s mostly served warm. Soup can be vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and it turns a healthy liquid food if fat/starch content is minimized. Stock/Broth – extract of veggies or meat are added to make soups rich, healthy and tastier. Cream, milk, corn flour etc can be added to soups to make them tastier, though plain soup is considered healthy. Soup made using chicken and vegetables is one of the most common soups preferred by many. Through this page, I shall introduce you to a few soup recipes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
