Tomato Celery Soup

Ingredients for Tomato Celery Soup:

 

     1. Tomato – 400g 
     2. Onions cut to big pieces – 25g

3. Celery – 3 stem
4. Carrot – 3
5. Butter – 100g
6. Maida/Corn flower powder – As required
7. Salt – As needed
    Sugar – One small spoon
    White pepper powder – ½ tsp
8. Cream – As needed
9. Bread pieces – As required
10. Vegetable stock – As required
 

How to prepare Tomato Celery Soup?

 
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Saute onions, celery and carrot.
3. Cook the vegetables adding Maida or Corn flower powder.
4. Heat stock and add to cooked vegetables and heat again in low flame.
5. Grind the contents well in a mixer.
6. Add salt, sugar and pepper powder and mix well.
7. Fry bread pieces in ghee and put in the soup.
8. Pour cream on the top of the soup and serve hot.
