Rice Flakes Pakoda (Aval Pakoda)

Ingredients for Rice Flakes Pakoda (Aval Pakoda):

1. Rice flakes (Aval) – 1 cup

2. Potato boiled and smashed – ½ cup

3. Green peas boiled – ½ cup

4. Curd – 2 table spoons

5. Pepper powder – ½ tsp

6. Green chillies chopped – ½

7. Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped

8. Chilli powder – ½ tsp

9. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

10. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

11. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

12. Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tsp

13. Salt and oil – As required

How to prepare Rice Flakes Pakoda (Aval Pakoda)?

1. Blend sweet corn in a mixer, and mix will all ingredients except oil.

2. Heat oil and put this mixture little by little.

3. Deep fry them till golden brown.

4. Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
