Ingredients for Rice Flakes Pakoda (Aval Pakoda):
1. Rice flakes (Aval) – 1 cup
2. Potato boiled and smashed – ½ cup
3. Green peas boiled – ½ cup
4. Curd – 2 tablespoons
5. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
6. Green chillies chopped – ½
7. Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped
8. Chilli powder – ½ tsp
9. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
10. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
11. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
12. Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tsp
13. Salt and oil – As required
How to prepare Rice Flakes Pakoda (Aval Pakoda)?
1. Blend sweet corn in a mixer, and mix with all ingredients except oil.
2. Heat the oil and put this mixture little by little.
3. Deep fry them till golden brown.
4. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
