Palak - Fennel Pakoda recipe

Ingredients for Palak – Fennel Pakoda:

1. Chopped palak – 3 handful

2. Chopped onion – 1

3. Gram flour – 6 tablespoons

4. Rice flour – ½ tsp

5. Chilli powder – 1 tsp

6. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

7. Coriander powder – ¼ tsp

8. Fennel seeds – ¼ tsp

9. Baking soda – A pinch

10. Salt and oil – As required

How to prepare Palak – Fennel Pakoda?

1. Mix all ingredients, except oil, together. Add the required amount of water.

2. As palak has water content, take care of the consistency of the batter while preparing.  

3. Heat the oil and put the palak mixture little by little.

4. Deep fry till it turns red colour.
