Chinese Chicken

Ingredients for Chinese Chicken:

  1. Chicken breast – 450 g, cut into square pieces
  2. Sugar – 1 small spoon
    Dark soya sauce – 1 big spoon
    Corn flour – 1 big spoon

For Sauce

  1. Sugar – 1 small spoon
    White vinegar (Chinese) – 2 small spoons
    Soya sauce – 1 big spoon
    Chicken stock – As required
    Corn flour – 2 small spoons
  2. Groundnut oil – 2 big spoons
  3. Pepper – 4 or 5 seeds
  4. Chinese wine – 1 big spoon
    Garlic chopped fine – 2 small spoons
    Mango ginger, finely chopped -2 big spoons
    Yellow capsicum – 1, cut into square pieces
    Spring onion, finely chopped – 2 small spoons
    Red chillies – cut into round pieces after removing seeds, 2 small spoons
  5. Cashews fried – 10-12

How to prepare Chinese Chicken?

  1. Marinate chicken with ingredients no: 2.
  2. Mix together ingredients no: 3 for the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry pepper seeds.
  4. When it turns black, filter from the hot oil.
  5. Now fry chicken in hot oil.
  6.  Add ingredients no: 6 to it and mix well.
  7. Add sauce and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  8.  If you need extra salt, add it at this stage.
  9. Sprinkle fried cashews on top and serve with noodles or fried rice.
