
Ingredients for Chicken with Vegetables:
- Chicken – 750 gm
- Salt – As required
Vinegar – 1 big spoon
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon - Oil – As required
- Soya sauce – 2 small spoons
- Garlic – 5 cloves, sliced
- Onion – 1, cut into 4 pieces
- Vegetables like carrot, broccoli, etc. – 1 cup
- Celery chopped – ¼ cup
- Stock – 1 cup
Tomato sauce – 1 big spoon
Corn flour – 2 small spoons, mixed in 1 big spoon of water - Sugar – 1 small spoon
- Salt and pepper – As required
How to prepare Chicken with Vegetables?
- Cook chicken, adding ingredients no: 2.
- Heat oil and fry chicken.
- Add soya sauce and take from the flame.
- Heat oil and sauté garlic. Then add onions and sauté again.
- Add chopped vegetables and sauté for a while.
- Add celery to it and cook the vegetables.
- Once the vegetables are well-cooked, add fried chicken pieces.
- Mix it well and add ingredients no: 9.
- Allow your curry to boil well.
- Add salt and pepper and take off the flame.
