Chicken with Vegetables recipe

Ingredients for Chicken with Vegetables:

  1. Chicken – 750 gm
  2. Salt – As required
    Vinegar – 1 big spoon
    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
  3. Oil – As required
  4. Soya sauce – 2 small spoons
  5. Garlic – 5 cloves, sliced
  6. Onion – 1, cut into 4 pieces
  7. Vegetables like carrot, broccoli, etc. – 1 cup
  8. Celery chopped – ¼ cup
  9. Stock – 1 cup
    Tomato sauce – 1 big spoon
    Corn flour – 2 small spoons, mixed in 1 big spoon of water
  10. Sugar – 1 small spoon
  11. Salt and pepper – As required

How to prepare Chicken with Vegetables?

  1. Cook chicken, adding ingredients no: 2.
  2. Heat oil and fry chicken.
  3. Add soya sauce and take from the flame.
  4. Heat oil and sauté garlic. Then add onions and sauté again.
  5. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for a while.
  6. Add celery to it and cook the vegetables.
  7. Once the vegetables are well-cooked, add fried chicken pieces.
  8. Mix it well and add ingredients no: 9.
  9. Allow your curry to boil well.
  10. Add salt and pepper and take off the flame.
