Coconut Burfi

Ingredients for Coconut Burfi:

1. Desiccated coconut – 2 cups

2. Paneer grated – 150 gm

3. Milk – ½ cup

4. Sugar – 1 cup

5. Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

6. Ghee – 1 tsp

7. Almonds and pista chopped – As required

How to prepare Coconut Burfi?

1. Grease a pan with ghee and add paneer and sugar.

2. Cook the ingredients in low flame.

3. After sometime, bring it to medium flame.

4. Add milk to it and mix well.

5. When paneer melts well, add desiccated coconut and cardamom powder.

6. Cook in medium flame.

7. When the mixture turns non-sticky to the edges of the pan, take off from flame.

8. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the contents to it.

9. When it cools completely, cut into desired pieces.
