
Ingredients for Orange Omelette:
1. Eggs – 3
2. Orange – 3
3. Sugar – 1 small spoon
Salt – A pinch
4. Maida – 2 big spoons
5. Butter – 1 big spoon
6. Sugar powdered, Orange juice – As required
7. Ice cream – A scoop
How to prepare Orange Omelette?
1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
2. Scratch the orange skin (avoid the white portion) and keep aside.
3. Extract juice from oranges and keep aside.
4. Add orange skin, sugar and salt to beaten eggs, and beat again. Mix the ingredients well.
5. Add a little orange juice to the maida and make a paste.
6. Add the remaining orange juice to it, followed by the egg mixture and mix well.
7. Heat butter in a pan, beat the egg mixture once again and add to the pan.
8. When one side is cooked well, and the omelette turns golden brown, flip once and cook until the other side also turns golden brown.
9. Transfer the orange omelette to a serving plate and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
10. Sprinkle orange juice and fold it twice.
11. Place a scoop of ice cream on its top and serve.
