
Ingredients for Mango Sweet (Mambazha Madhuram):
- Well-ripened mango fruit – 1, chopped fine
- Mango jelly – broken into small pieces
- Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – As required
Condensed milk – ½ tin - Sago (Chawwari) – ¼ cup, boiled
- Tender coconut grated – 3 tablespoons
How to prepare Mango Sweet (Mambazha Madhuram)?
- Mix ingredients no: 3 and boil together in a pan.
- Add sago and tender coconut, and turn off the flame.
- Allow the contents to cool. You can also refrigerate.
- Add mango pieces and mango jelly, and refrigerate again.
- Serve chilled.
