Chicken Peri Peri - chicken fry with crushed chillies

Ingredients for Chicken Peri Peri:

  1. Chicken – 1 kilo, cut into pieces
  2. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
    Vinegar – 1 tsp
    Egg – 1
    Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
    Chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
    Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
    ennel powder – 1 teaspoon
  3. Green chillies – 5
    Curry leaves – 5 sprigs
    Kashmiri chillies crushed – 3 tablespoons
  4. Coconut oil – As required

How to prepare Chicken Peri Peri?

  1. Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate the chicken pieces.
  2. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces.
  4. Transfer 3 tablespoons of the remaining oil to another pan.
  5. Sauté ingredients no: 3 in this oil.
  6. Add fried chicken with gravy to this oil and stir well.
  7. When the masala fully coats the chicken pieces, turn off the flame.
