
Ingredients for Chicken Peri Peri:
- Chicken – 1 kilo, cut into pieces
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Egg – 1
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
ennel powder – 1 teaspoon - Green chillies – 5
Curry leaves – 5 sprigs
Kashmiri chillies crushed – 3 tablespoons - Coconut oil – As required
How to prepare Chicken Peri Peri?
- Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate the chicken pieces.
- Keep the chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces.
- Transfer 3 tablespoons of the remaining oil to another pan.
- Sauté ingredients no: 3 in this oil.
- Add fried chicken with gravy to this oil and stir well.
- When the masala fully coats the chicken pieces, turn off the flame.
