Maanga Chavvari Thenga Madhuram (Mango–Sago–Coconut–Sweet)

Ingredients for Maanga Chavvari Thenga Madhuram (Mango–Sago–Coconut–Sweet):

1. Mango cut into small square pieces – 225 gm

2. Thick coconut milk – 1 cup

    Sugar – 2 big spoons

3. Sago – ¼ cup, cooked well adding water

4. Ice powdered – 2 cups

5. Almonds (roasted and chopped thin after removing skin) – To decorate

How to prepare Maanga Chavvari Thenga Madhuram (Mango–Sago–Coconut–Sweet)?

1. Transfer mango pieces to a bowl.

2. Add coconut milk and sugar and blend well,

3. Add cooked sago, mix it and refrigerate.

4. At serving time, put one spoon each powdered ice in the serving bowls.

5. Transfer the chilled mango mixture into the bowls.

6. Sprinkle almond pieces on its top.
