Pita with Tuna and Vegetables - recipe

Ingredients for Pita with Tuna and Vegetables:

1. Tuna put in vinegar (available is shops) – 1 can

2. Boiled eggs – 1, cut into small pieces

    Spring onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Salad cucumber – 1 small, chopped into small pieces after removing skin

    Red capsicum – 1, chopped fine

    Celery chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Jalapeno chilli or baji chilli – 1 (remove seeds)

3. Thick curd – 3 big spoons

    Mayonnaise – 1 big spoon

    Salt and pepper – As needed

4. Lettuce – A little

5. Pita bread – 1

How to prepare Pita with Tuna and Vegetables?

1. Place the tuna under direct tap water and wash it well.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 2 and add tuna to it.

3. Mix mayonnaise and curd, followed by salt and pepper.

4. Gently toss it along with tuna and ingredients no: 2.

5. Refrigerate it and add lettuce leaves just before you serve.

6. Cut the pita bread into two halves and place the filling inside.

7. Serve it as early as possible.
