Raw Spring Roll

Ingredients for Raw Spring Roll:

1. Pineapple – ½, chopped into thin lengthy pieces

    Apple – 1, chopped into thin 1-inch pieces

    Green and red capsicum – 1 each, chopped into thin 1-inch pieces 

2. Cashews powdered – 50 gm

    Lemon juice – From 2 lemons

3. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Bird’s eye chilli chopped – As required

    Rock salt – For taste

4. Iceberg lettuce – As required

For tamarind dip:

5. Tamarind – A gooseberry sized

6. Onion – ½, chopped fine

    Bird’s eye chillies – 2, chopped fine

    Rock salt – For taste

How to prepare Raw Spring Roll?

1. Manually mix ingredients no: 1 with ingredients listed as 2.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and mix the contents well.

3. Place a little of this filling on a lettuce leaf and roll it.

4. Continue the process for remaining pineapple-cashew mixture too.

5. Serve your raw spring roll with tamarind dip.

6. To prepare the tamarind dip, soak tamarind in water and extract juice first.

7. Add ingredients no: 6 to it and mix well.

8. You can adjust the number of chillies for tamarind dip.
