Fish Packets recipe

Ingredients for Fish Packets:

1. Fish, after removing spines, cut into pieces – 200 gm

2. Mushroom chopped fine – 5

    Onions chopped – ½

    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

    Chilli sauce – 1 small spoon

    Tomato sauce – 1 small spoon

    Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

    Salt – To taste

3. Butter – 1 big spoon

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Fish Packets?

1. Mix fish with ingredients no: 2.

2. Take a big piece of butter paper and cut it into 4*8-inch pieces.

3. Grease each piece of butter paper and place a little fish mixture at the centre.

4. Now wrap the butter paper into a rectangular piece to fully wrap the contents.

5. Prepare 8-10 packets like this.

6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish packets.
