Tapioca – Chicken Soup

Ingredients for Tapioca – Chicken Soup:

1. Tapioca – 200 gm
2. Shallots – 5
    Garlic – One small spoon
    Pepper – One small spoon
3. Ghee – Two big spoons
4. Turmeric Powder – One pinch
    Boiled and cooled water – 1 Ltr
5. Cooked and minted chicken – 250 gm
6. Ginger – One small spoon
    Green Chillies – 1
    Curry leaves – One stalk
7. Coconut milk – 50 ml

How to prepare Tapioca – Chicken Soup?

1. Chop tapioca to fine pieces.
2. Crush ingredients no: 2.
3. Heat ghee in a pan, add half quantity of crushed contents, and sauté till it is done.
4. Mix turmeric powder with tapioca and add to pan. Sauté the contents and cook by adding hot water.
5. Add chicken and mix well.
6. Heat the remaining crushed ingredients (items no: 2), ginger, curry leaves and green chilly in ghee, and add to soup along with coconut milk and heat.
7. Serve hot.
