Soupy Dumplings recipe

Ingredients for Soupy Dumplings:

1. Multigrain flour – 75 gm

2. Boneless chicken cooked and torn into small pieces – 1 big spoon

    Baby corn, chopped fine – 1 big spoon

    Carrot chopped – 1.5 small spoons

    Egg white – 1

    Salt – For taste

To prepare soup:

3. Tomato puree – From 1 tomato

    Spring onion – 1 small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1/2 small spoon

4. White sesame seeds – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Soupy Dumplings?

1. Knead the dough similar to chapati.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 to a non-stick pan and cook well. This is the filling for the dumpling.

3. Make small puris from the dough and stuff them with filling.

4. Roll them, fold the ends, and then steam cook. This is the dumpling.

5. Boil ingredients no: 3 and prepare the soup.

6. Add white sesame seeds followed by the dumpling. Serve hot.
