Tomato Soup recipe

Ingredients for Tomato Soup:

1. Cabbage – 50 gm

2. Tomato – 50 gm

3. Shallots – 50 gm

4. Carrot – 50 gm

5. Garlic – 1 clove

6. Salt & pepper – As needed

7. Oil – 1 small spoon

8. Water – ½ litre

How to prepare Tomato Soup?

1. Wash all vegetables and chop them together.

2. Slice shallots and garlic into thin pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté all vegetables together.

4. Add salt and pepper to half a litre of water.

5. Pour this water over the sauted vegetables and bring to a boil. Keep the flame low.

6. When vegetables are well-cooked, turn off the flame.

7. Serve lukewarm.
