
Ingredients for Paneer Chandini:
- Paneer – ½ kg
- Cashew nut – 100gm
Ginger – 50 gm
Green chillies – 5
Khova – 200 gm
Cardamom – 2 - Ghee – 150 gm
- Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 3 - Onions chopped – 2
- White pepper powder – As needed
Salt – As needed - Milk – 200 milli
- Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon
Almonds – 3, chopped fine
Saffron – 1 pinch dissolved in 1 small spoon of water
How to prepare Paneer Chandini?
- Cut paneer into small square pieces.
- Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.
- Add onions to it and sauté for a while.
- Before onions change their colour, add the cashew-khova paste and stir continuously.
- When it’s well sauted, add pepper powder, salt and paneer.
- Paneer pieces should never be broken. So take extra care while mixing,
- Add milk to it, mix well and take it off the flame.
- Decorate with ingredients no: 8 before you serve.
