Kadai Paneer (Recipe 1)
Ingredients for Kadai Paneer:
1. Paneer – ½ kg
2. Oil – 3 big spoons
3. Bay leaf (Vayana Ila) – 2
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
Red chillies – 2
4. Onion – 1 big, chopped
5. Ginger chopped – 2 small spoons
Garlic chopped – 2 small spoons
6. Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
Tomato – 6 medium, chopped
Salt – As required
7. Coriander crushed – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Kadai Paneer?
1. Cut paneer into big pieces.
2. Heat oil and sauté well ingredients no: 3.
3. Add onions to it and sauté it. When it’s almost done, add ginger and garlic and sauté again.
4. Add ingredients no: 6 to it, and sauté well.
5. Add paneer pieces to it, mix slowly without breaking the pieces and turn the flame off
6. Garnish with crushed coriander and serve.

Kadai Paneer (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Kadai Paneer (Recipe 2):
1. Paneer cubes – 250 gm
2. Oil – ½ tablespoon
3. Onions chopped – 1
4. Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
5. Tomato chopped – 5
6. Capsicum chopped – 1
7. Green chillies split into two – 2
8. Garam masala – ½ tsp
9. Kasuri methi crushed (or methi leaves) – 1 tsp
10. Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
11. Ginger chopped – 1-inch piece
12. Salt – For taste
13. Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
14. Red chillies – 4
How to prepare Kadai Paneer (Recipe 2)?
1. Using a blender, blend once the coriander and red chillies, and prepare the masala for kadai paneer.
2. Heat a kadai and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
3. Sauté onions and then add ginger-garlic paste.
4. Sauté it till the raw smell goes out.
5. Add tomatoes and sauté for 3 minutes, till oil separates and comes out.
6. Add capsicum and sauté for three more minutes.
7. Add green chillies and water.
8. Mix well and cook the contents till the capsicum is half-cooked.
9. Add salt and garam masala powder.
10. Finally add methi, ginger and coriander leaves.

Kadai Paneer (Recipe 3)

Ingredients for Kadai Paneer (Recipe 3):
1. Paneer cubes – 250 gm
2. Onions chopped – 2
3. Tomatoes chopped – 4
4. Capsicum chopped fine – 1
5. Green chillies chopped – 2
6. Ginger, grated – 2 pieces
7. Garlic cloves – 6, made to a paste
8. Oil – As required
9. Cream – ½ cup
10. Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
11. Kasuri meti – 2 tsp
12. Salt – For taste
13. Coriander leaves chopped – ½ cup
How to prepare Kadai Paneer (Recipe 3)?
1. Take a kadai and heat oil.
2. Add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add onions and fry till golden brown.
4. Make a paste of tomato and add it.
5. Sauté it till the raw smell goes out.
6. Add the powders listed as 10, and sauté again.
7. Add chopped capsicum and sauté for three minutes.
8. Add ¾ cup of water and salt, and prepare the gravy.
9. When the contents boil well, add ½ cup of cream.
10. Finally, add kasur methi and paneer cubes and cook for three minutes.
11. Put off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
