
Ingredients for Hungarian Chicken:
- Chicken – 500gm
- Maida – 1/2 small spoon
- Oil – ½ cup
- Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon
- Onions chopped fine – 1/3 cup
- Chilli powder – ¾ small spoon
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – As required - Less sour curd – ½ cup
Water – ½ cup
Lemon juice – ½ small spoon
Sugar – 1 small spoon
How to prepare Hungarian Chicken?
- Clean the chicken and cut it into big pieces.
- Using a cloth, completely remove the moisture content.
- Sprinkle maida on top and fry in deep oil.
- Take 2 small spoons of oil from it and heat it in another pan.
- Sauté garlic until a pleasant aroma arises.
- Add onions and sauté well.
- Add salt, pepper powder, and chilli powder and mix well.
- Add ingredients no: 7 and mix well.
- Add chicken pieces to it and blend well.
- Transfer the contents to a baking tray.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.
- Bake the chicken for 1 hour.
