Thari Kanji recipe

Ingredients for Thari Kanji:

1. Milk – 4 cups

2. Sago – 3 tsp

3. Rava (Semolina) – ¼ cup

4. Sugar – As needed

5. Salt – A pinch

6. Cardamom – 3, powdered

7. Shallots – 3, chopped

8. Ghee, cashews, and raisins – As needed

How to prepare Thari Kanji?

1. Cook sago and set aside.

2. Boil milk and add sugar and rava.

3. Stir continuously and add cooked sago. Add salt too.

4. When the contents thicken, take it off the flame and add cardamom powder.

5. Heat ghee in a pan.

6. Fry shallots, cashews, and raisins, and add to Thari Kanji.
