
Ingredients for Schezwan Crispy Chicken Strips:
- Chicken breast – 2
- Salt – For taste
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
Ginger-garlic chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
Corn flour – 2 small spoons
Water – As required - Oil – As needed
- Ginger-garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
- Onion – 2, chopped
Capsicum – 1, chopped
Green chillies chopped fine – 2 small spoons
Red chillies – 3
Salt and pepper powder – As per taste - Soya sauce – 1 big spoon
Chilli sauce – 2 big spoons
Schezwan paste – 3 big spoons
Vinegar – 1 big spoon - Water – As required
- Spring onion – A handful, chopped fine
- Sesame seeds – To decorate
How to prepare Schezwan Crispy Chicken Strips?
- Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces.
- Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients no: 2 and allow them to rest for 15 minutes.
- Deep-fry them in hot oil till they turn crispy and strain excess oil.
- Heat oil in another pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
- Add ingredients no: 5 to it, and sauté well.
- Add ingredients no: 6 and mix well.
- Add a little water and boil the contents.
- When the sauce thickens, add the fried chicken and spring onion.
- Place the flame on high for a few minutes and toss the contents.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
