Red Velvet Cup Cake

Ingredients for Red Velvet Cup Cake (Recipe 1):

1. Maida – 250 gm

    Baking powder – ¼ small spoon

    Baking soda – 1 small spoon

    Coco powder – 2 big spoons

2. Butter – ½ cup

    Sugar powdered – 1.5 cups

    Eggs – 2

3. Red food colour – 2 big spoons

    Vinegar – 1 small spoon

    Buttermilk – 200 milli

For Cream cheese frosting:

4. Cream cheese – 1 cup

5. Saltless butter – 115 gm

6. Sugar powdered – 240 gm

    Vanilla – 1 small spoon

7. Cupcake cups – As needed

How to prepare Red Velvet Cup Cake (Recipe 1)?

1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree celsious.

2. Blend together ingredients no: 1 and keep aside.

3. Beat ingredients no: 2 together and add ingredients no: 3 to it.

4. Add blended maida mixture slowly to it and mix it slowly as well.

5. Grease cupcake cups and pour the batter using a small spoon.

6. Bake the cupcakes in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.

7. Allow the cupcakes to cool.

8. To prepare frosting beat cream cheese first and add butter.

9. Beat the content till it turns soft.

10. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix again.

11. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and do the piping on cupcakes.

Red Velvet Cup Cake (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for Red Velvet Cup Cake (Recipe 2):

1. Maida – 2.5 cups

    Sugar – 1.5 cups

    Unsweetened baking coco – 2 big spoons

    Baking powder – 1 big spoon

    Salt – 1 small spoon

    Oil – 1.5 cups

    Curd – 1 cup

    Vanilla – 1 small spoon

    Red food colour – A little

    Eggs – 2

For Frosting:

2. Maida – ½ cup

    Milk – 1.5 cups

3. Sugar – 1.5 cups

    Butter softened – 1.5 cups

4. Vanilla – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Red Velvet Cup Cake (Recipe 2)?

1. Pre-heat oven in 170 degree celsious.

2. Grease paper cups/silicon cups and spread a little flour too.

3. Take ingredients no: 1 in a big bowl, and using an electric mixer beat it in small speed for 30 seconds.

4. Beat it for 2 minutes in medium speed.

5. Occasionally using a spoon, remove the batter stick on to the edges and add to the bowl.

6. Pour the batter in paper cups and bake for 15 minutes.

7. Use a tooth pick to know if cake is well cooked.

8. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes and then transfer to wire rack.

9. To prepare frosting, take maida and milk in a medium sized saucepan and place in medium flame.

10. Keep stirring till the mixture thickens.

11. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.

12. Take sugar and butter in a big bowl and beat using an electric mixer in medium speed till it turns soft.

13. Add maida-milk mixture to it using a big spoon and continue beating in good speed.

14. Beat after adding each spoon of maida-milk mixture and finally add vanilla essence.

15. Transfer this frosting to piping bag and pipe it on the top of every cake as per your creativity.

16. Transfer cupcakes to big boxes and close it tightly.

17. Place them in refrigerator and allow to set.
