Raw Banana Pakoda (Ettakka Pakoda)

Ingredients for Raw Banana Pakoda (Ettakka Pakoda):

1. Raw banana – 1

2. Gram flour – ½ cup

    Rice flour – 2 table spoons

    Chilli powder – ½ tsp

   Asafoetida – 1 pinch

   Baking soda – 1 pinch

   Salt – As required

3. Oil – As required

How to prepare Raw Banana Pakoda (Ettakka Pakoda)?

1. Slice banana to thin slices and immerse in water for a while, to remove stains.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 and prepare thick batter, adding sufficient water.

3. Dip each slice of raw banana in this batter, and deep fry in hot oil.

4. Serve hot.
