
Ingredients for Pepper Steak with Mushroom Sauce:
1. Meat – 180 gm
2. Pepper seeds – 1 small spoon
3. Olive oil – 1 small spoon
Salt – As needed
Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
Rosemary – A pinch
Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
For sauce:
4. Oil – 1 big spoon
5. Onions chopped fine – 1 small spoon
Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
6. Maida – 1 small spoon
7. Mushrooms chopped fine – 1 big spoon
8. Salt and pepper powder – As needed
How to prepare Pepper Steak with Mushroom Sauce?
1. Press pepper seeds into meat pieces and, using some weapon, smash them and spread.
2. Marinate the meat using ingredients no: 2, and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.
4. Apply oil on either side of the meat pieces and fry for 4 minutes.
5. Keep meat and gravy separately.
6. Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic.
7. Add maida and fry in a low flame.
8. When it turns brown, add mushrooms, meat, and gravy.
9. When the contents thicken, add salt and pepper powder.
