Drums Chicken Curry recipe

Ingredients for Drums Chicken Curry:

  1. Chicken drums – 2
  2. Shallots – 100 gm
  3. Tomato – 50 gm
  4. Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
  5. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  6. Garlic chopped – 1tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  9. Green chillies – 2
  10. Bread crumbs, salt and coconut oil – As needed for preparation

How to prepare Drums Chicken Curry?

  1. Heat coconut oil and sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies, tomatoes and shallots.
  2. When it’s done, add salt, mix well and take it off the flame.
  3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to bread crumbs and mix well.
  4. Dip chicken drums in this bread crumb mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
  5. Then place these chicken drums in the already prepared gravy.
  6. This curry is a good combination for appam, perotta and chapati.
