Ingredients for Drums Chicken Curry:
- Chicken drums – 2
- Shallots – 100 gm
- Tomato – 50 gm
- Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped – 1tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Green chillies – 2
- Bread crumbs, salt and coconut oil – As needed for preparation
How to prepare Drums Chicken Curry?
- Heat coconut oil and sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies, tomatoes and shallots.
- When it’s done, add salt, mix well and take it off the flame.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to bread crumbs and mix well.
- Dip chicken drums in this bread crumb mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
- Then place these chicken drums in the already prepared gravy.
- This curry is a good combination for appam, perotta and chapati.
