Peppery Cheese Puffs recipe

Ingredients for Peppery Cheese Puffs:

1. Water – 1 cup

    Butter – 80 gm

2. Maida – 1 cup

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Eggs – 3, beaten slowly

4. Grated cheese – 1 cup

5. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Peppery Cheese Puffs?

1. Join butter and water together and boil in a pan.

2. Keep stirring till butter melts completely.

3. Mix maida and pepper powder and add to the melted butter.

4. In medium flame, keep stirring till the mixture separates from the sides of the pan, and turns into a ball.

5. Add egg little by little, and using a hand mixer, blend once on low speed.

6. Add cheese and mix again.

7. Heat oil in a pan and pour batter little by little, taking it in a small spoon.

8. Deep fry till light brown.

9. Serve your Peppery Cheese Puffs with tomato sauce.
