Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs Masala:
- Eggs – 2
Oil – 1 small spoon
Salt – As required
Onions finely chopped – 3 small spoons
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon - Oil – As required
- Ginger crushed – 1 small spoon
Garlic crushed – 1 small spoon
Green chillies crushed – 1 small spoon - Onions cut into square pieces – 1 cup
Capsicum cut into square pieces – 1 cup - Tomato sauce – 5 small spoons
Chilli sauce – 2 small spoons
Soya sauce – 1 small spoon - Salt – As required
How to prepare Scrambled Eggs Masala?
- Beat eggs, adding ingredients no: 1.
- Heat a pan and scramble eggs. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil and saute ingredients no: 3.
- Add onions and capsicum and sauté again.
- When it’s done, add sauces and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add scrambled eggs to it, mix well, and use.
